I received AL&D contact after they did a rapid, Non-Invasive repair on a foundation leak at my parent's house. My house was built in a low area, Creating major water issues in my backyard walkout basement. I Called Wayne, and within an hour, he showed up to look at the damage the water has created over the winter. He advised a french drain system to allow the flow to naturally directed away from the house, allowing my sump pump to cool down. We had many days of rain. Someone would be here first thing in the morning to assess the conditions of the yard. In some cases, they were working days I didn’t expect them to. This crew of guys were great. They fought through quite the terrain to bring material manually through the backside of the yard. It did not stop them, nor did it slow them down. There was some extra work that we came across. We ran into some issues from previous work done by previous owners, and it would cost more. Understandably I know it requires proper completion. I proceeded with the extra work. I cannot say enough about this company. Every single person I have met was professional. Polite. Driven. Meticulous.
