Thank you, Alberta Landscape & Design, Wayne and all associates for a job well done. Removing two 50-foot spruce trees, strip the lawn, dirt and haul away. Brought in new dirt and laid new sod, also planted two new Autumn Blaze maple trees. The job was started as promised, well-coordinated and done in a very reasonable short time. The experience was professional with Wayne's friendly personality.- Heinz. S 06/12/2021- I received AL&D contact after they did a rapid, Non-Invasive repair on a foundation leak at my parent's house. My house was built in a low area, Creating major water issues in my backyard walkout basement. I Called Wayne, and within an hour, he showed up to look at the damage the water has created over the winter. He advised a french drain system to allow the flow to naturally directed away from the house, allowing my sump pump to cool down. We had many days of rain. Someone would be here first thing in the morning to assess the conditions of the yard. In some cases, they were working days I didn’t expect them to. This crew of guys were great. They fought through quite the terrain to bring material manually through the backside of the yard. It did not stop them, nor did it slow them down. There was some extra work that we came across. We ran into some issues from previous work done by previous owners, and it would cost more. Understandably I know it requires proper completion. I proceeded with the extra work. I cannot say enough about this company. Every single person I have met was professional. Polite. Driven. Meticulous. Excellent work with a personal touch. Our front lawn, retaining wall and brick walkways were suffering from age and have now been expertly repaired and rejuvenated. I give top marks to Wayne and Devon for the careful work and excellent problem solving. They went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met and that the jobsite was left clean and tidy when the work was completed. We were consulted frequently as the job progressed to make sure that our needs were being met. Wayne was even able to locate some well aged manure to get the garden ready for planting season. My wife gives special thanks for the care that was taken by Devon around her existing perennials when a compost top dressing was used.
